Pamela provides individual and group supervision for both private practitioners and agency counselling staff within people-focused professions, and provides a consultative service for clinical supervisors.
Pamela has undertaken studies in clinical supervision at Doctoral level and has also completed a specialised postgraduate qualification in supervision undertaken at the University of Canberra.
Pamela is the Director of Supervision Alliance, providing Professional Development workshops in clinical supervision. A six month Advanced Certificate Training Course, in which both the art and science of clinical supervision are emphasised, is conducted bi-annually.

Pamela utilises a blended approach to supervision, synthesising insight and skill, with a strong emphasis on the supervisory relationship and developmental considerations.
She views the supervision encounter as a listening space in which the respectful interplay of relationship enables therapeutic wisdom to emerge.
Pamela has been the Course Co-coordinator for Counselling Supervision and Counselling Field Studies in the Masters Counselling Program at the University of South Australia.
She is also a consultant to counselling agencies providing training in supervision to senior staff members.
